"Regrettably, after discussions with my team and medical professionals, I've come to the conclusion that I must withdraw from the @AustralianOpen singles," Kokkinakis expressed candidly. He added, "This event was one I had been eagerly anticipating after a challenging year, but I realized I am not yet fully prepared. Every day, I'm doing everything within my power to return to peak condition."
Last week, Kokkinakis made a significant comeback by participating in a singles match for the first time in nearly twelve months at the Adelaide International.
