Pinjarra Pies are not one of the better pies in WA. They may have been ages ago. Try Kims Pies in Pinjarra, Mount Barker Bakery, Denmark Bakery, Fussy Butchers Pies in Applecross and Cockburn.

I have traveled all over Australia and love pies and had many when stopping at bakery’s and I have never found a better one than at phelans pies in Ayr North Queensland.If you go through Ayr you have to try one you won’t regret it

Dorrigo bakery is wood fired and the best bread and pies I ever had ,thy get a lot off truck drivers and travelers calling in early hours like 3 am .there Hight top loafs, get slight burnt .this is how the older folks like it thy sell them out by 11am every day so wot does that tell you. the fruit loaf is so nice with butter. you will not stop a 1 pie i am sure of this . all the staff are great so friendly too.
